This is unabridged feedback from the DfE (Department for Education, England) representative who observed a one-day 'Debbie Hepplewhite Synthetic Phonics Training' event for the Oxford Reading Tree Floppy's Phonics Sounds and Letters programme.
Please note that as I am the designer of the Phonics International programme and the phonics consultant for the Oxford Reading Tree Floppy's Phonics Sounds and Letters programme - and designer of the DHSPT events, the PI training is of similar content and calibre.
As well as myself, we have a team of specialist trainers who provide training internationally for the ORT Floppy's Phonics Sounds and Letters programme and for the Phonics International programme.
We provide a link to this DfE evaluation on our PI homepage.

I'm very grateful that the Learning Difficulties Australia (LDS) folk invited Jacqui O'Donnell to include her report about use of Phonics International in their excellent LDA bulletin - and they also invited me to write a short piece about my 'work' and how I got involved with phonics, see:

Jacqui has been able to add the longer term NAPLAN reading results into her updated report for the LDA bulletin.
And the results are very good!
