Login problem - page keeps looping back to login screen.

QUESTION:

When I enter my email address and password it keeps returning me to the same login screen!

ANSWER:

This is an easy one. This 'looping back' to the login screen will only ever happen if you are entering incorrect information. The password is case sensitive. Contact support@phonicsinternational.com if you need a password reminder.
