We have just uploaded this two-page pdf on the Free Resources webpage. Very Happy

This may be of interest to schools for teachers who will find it helpful to use these diagrams for their professional development but also for helping to think about pupils' profiles and for monitoring over time.

The diagrams can be used for individual pupils and for groups and whole classes.
