Optional action mnemonics being added to the EYSP webpage

We are about to add a link on the Early Years Starter Package webpage to the optional action mnemonics (aids to memory) which young beginners might find engaging for learning the letter/s-sound correspondences in units 1 to 5.
Remember that these actions are only 'optional' as the mnemonic system for Phonics International consists of key words and pictures for both prompting recall of the 'sounds' and to provide word examples for all the spelling alternatives (graphemes).
I was approached, however, by a number of people who were interested in having 'actions' to engage the children with early learning.
These actions 'match' the key picture words. They have been trialled and the feedback is positive.
Once again, please let me remind you that these actions are not 'necessary' for the Phonics International resources to be effective.
