'Reflection of phonics provision' for a Local Authority

As a training team, we have recently completed a bespoke and generic training event across a whole Local Authority - including all teachers and teaching assistants within the authority.
I worked with the Local Authority advisors to address their perceived needs in the field of phonics - both for reading and for spelling - with a view to generate rigorous 'reflection' of phonics provision within the schools.
We are very busy providing training events which are programme-specific (ORT Floppy's Phonics Sounds and Letters - and Phonics International) - so this was branching out regarding our training options.
