Nearly three years ago I sent the review below to the contact address for the British Council and I received no response.
I note that the same flawed British Council Chart is now an app and was uploaded onto youtube in 2014.
Not good!

I've written to the British Council again and sent a link to my review.
This reminded me that I also went to considerable trouble to contact 'Mothercare' to alert them to several flaws in the Mothercare 'Phonics Wallchart'.
The customer service department got back to me at first and seemed to be under the impression that I was making a complaint and wanted my 'money back' for the chart - not so.
When they realised what I was saying about the phonics chart, they never got back to me after that despite my best fforts.
So, here is the chart - see if you can find the flaws in it:
