These videos should help people to train and to give them confidence in saying the sounds - and to understand what is meant by 'spelling alternatives' for the sounds.
In the second of this 2-part series, you will find me reminding people that accents are not a big problem. If you have a regional accent that you wish to maintain, you can simply map your own accents onto the words as you prefer or as appropriate to your region.
