30 minute presentation video with a 'basic phonics lesson'

Post by debbie »

We've uploaded a presentation video onto the PI homepage (yellow box) which includes a quick overview of the main elements of a 'basic phonics lesson'.

This video can be used for training purposes in the synthetic phonics teaching principles in conjunction with reading the free 'Information and Guidance Booklet' at the top of the unit 1 webpage - whether or not people purchase the full Phonics International programme.

There will be many more videos and guidance documents to follow with more detailed suggestions and footage of real teaching. :D

We've now added a Windows Media Player version. This can be downloaded to your desktop:

right click

'Save Target As'

choose where you want to save it

Once on your PC, it's not reliant on internet connection to view it.

This version is also better quality. :D

We've provided a better quality presentation and training video now. Please check that you have 'saved' the new version and not the old!

[The old version was 23 minutes, the new version is 30 minutes!]
